How we keep our content accurate

You’re trusting us with your exam prep, so accuracy comes first. Here’s how every lesson and question is made.

    We start from the official outline

    Every lesson and question maps to a topic on the NMLS SAFE MLO Content Outline, so you study what the test covers.

    We check every fact against the primary source

    Deadlines, thresholds, and definitions are verified against the regulation itself on eCFR or the CFPB site, HUD guidance, or NMLS. We don't rely on other prep sites.

    We recalculate every math problem

    Answer keys for LTV, DTI, payment, and closing-cost problems are recomputed before they're published.

    We show our sources

    Each explanation cites the rule it comes from, and each page shows when it was last reviewed.

  5. 5

    We review when the rules change

    When NMLS updates its outline or a cited rule changes, affected content goes back through review. Figures that change every year are flagged for annual updates.
